We headed to the nearby market across the street to buy ingredients, kind of like a mini tour too. Then, headed back up their place to start cooking. It was a good experience for me since I don’t cook that often, it was also interesting to learn vietnamese dishes. The food we made was too much for the two of us. But it was nice to know that any left overs from the classes were given out to the homeless after closing.

Best experience we had in Hanoi. Our guide Dana was so fun and interesting and she made the experience so wonderful for us. We had a visit to the local market to learn more about local ingredients used in Vietnamese cooking. Then we travelled to the studio and Dana guided us through the entire cooking class and it was interactive and well-paced. I was initially worried that my 8 year old might find it hard to stay engaged for a 3.5hr session but it went very very well and the food was SO GOOD!!! I highly recommend this! Really wonderful experience!
